SajiloVAT collects business registration details, contact information, PAN or VAT details, invoice images, OCR text, invoice amounts, WhatsApp message metadata, and account activity needed to provide VAT automation, reporting, and support.

We use this information to process bill photos, extract invoice details, prepare VAT records and reports, maintain client accounts, respond to support requests, improve our services, and meet legal, tax, security, and compliance obligations.
WhatsApp Data
When you message SajiloVAT on WhatsApp, we may receive your phone number, message text, media identifiers, uploaded bill photos, and related delivery metadata through the WhatsApp Business Platform. We use this data only to provide the requested VAT automation workflow and related support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate SajiloVAT, including hosting, database, OCR, messaging, analytics, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our users, service, or rights.
Data Retention
